A few weeks ago, my sister-in-law asked me to go shopping with her to help her shop for the perfect outfit for a very important job interview. Being the great sister-in-law that I am ;), I of course went with her. We found her a really cute black pencil skirt, with a white buttoned down shirt, a lime green cardigan, and a skinny belt to tie it all together. She was interviewing for a high-level position, and needed to make a striking first impression. Looking professional but still stylish at the same time and looking her best. She indeed looked her best and got the job! While her credentials proved that she was definitely qualified and ultimately that is what gets someone hired, it’s super important to make that first impression unforgettable.
